Conference Registration

If a student who has a paper accepted by the conference and is the only presenter for the paper, he/she shall register the conference as an author.
If a student who has a paper accepted by the conference and comes to the conference with another registered author, he/she can register the conference as an attendee.
If a student who does not have a paper accepted by the conference, he/she shall register the conference as an attendee.

Conference Registration Rate:
Student Attendee: $450.00
Note: This rate is only applicable for NSF fund awarded student attendees.

Registration Payment Options

NSF awarded students can pay for the registerion fee either via a direct deposit or on-ground during the conference.

Student Travel Grant Application Deadline: October 15th, 2017
Award Notification Date: October 20th, 2017
Reimbursement Deadline (Needs all documents, such as receipts and trip report): November 5th, 2017

The student will submit a trip report describing the experience at the conference, which is required for travel reimbursement. The reimbursements may take up to two months.
