Registration

For each accepted paper, at least one author is required to pay a full author registration and attend the conference to present their work on site. In case that the authors' countries/regions are still enforcing COVID-19 quarantine or travel restrictions, authors can submit a written statement from administration office (including Institution travel administration, or Dean's office, or above), to state their policy. We will then accommodate such special circumstance accordingly (detailed instructions will be sent out later). Because the conference is organized as an in-person event with all expenses being planned, the conference will offer in-person registration (i.e., no virtual-attendee registration). Online Registration

ICDM 2023 uses two ways to register: one is to register with USD, please use CVent registration link. The other is using RMB, please use the online RMB registration system.

Camera Ready Version Paper Submission

Regular pape should be limited to a maximum of ten (10) pages, in the IEEE 2-column format (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html), including the bibliography and any possible appendices. Short paper shall be 6 pages maximum including everything.

Submit camera ready version paper to IEEE Author's Kit

If you register before Oct. 15, 2023 but cannot submit camera ready paper to IEEE Author's Kit on time, you still need to pay $200 late fee. The purpose for this rule is to make sure the conference proceedings can be finished on time.

If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each one individually. There is no discount if you have two or more papers accepted. It is encouraged to have your co-authors to register and attend the conferences as attendees. However, one registration fee only covers one person. One registration can attend all co-located conferences and events. More information at Instructions for Authors page.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed on or before Oct 15, 2023 to the registration chair. All the registrations for published papers in the Proceedings cannot be cancelled.

A 200 USD handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the deadline. No-shows will be billed.
