Visa Issues
If you are a national of a country that is a member of the United States Visa Waiver Program (VWP)
then you do not need to apply for a visa to attend the symposium. If you are a national of any other country;
however, you need to apply for a visa. You should do this as soon as possible as there is often
a significant wait to receive a visitor visa.
Please visit the links shown to the right to check whether you are required to apply for a
visa or not. If you have any doubts, please contact your local United States Consulate or Embassy.

Visa Letter Information
We can issue you a visa letter if you need to apply for an american visa for the purpose of the conference attendance.
Please note that
a visa letter can only be issued after you complete the conference registration with making a payment.
For issuing a visa letter, We need the following information in a single email to our Event Chair Keke Gai (keke.gai@pace.edu) to speed up the processing:

First Name, Last Name, Affiliation, Mail Address, Telephone, and Email.

Accepted paper number and paper title.

Your registration proof or a payment proof if applicable.

For paper authors, please register your accepted paper before sending your visa letter request.

For attendees, please register as attendee before sending your visa letter request. You do not need provide the paper information.
