Please submit your camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to IEEE Author's Kit and Easychair respectively.

1. Submit camera ready version paper to IEEE Author's Kit

Please submit the camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to IEEE Author's Kit before September 20th, 2021 and make sure the authorship information is correct. If you register before September 20th, 2021 but cannot submit camera ready paper to IEEE Author's Kit before September 20th, 2021, you still need to pay $200 late fee. The purpose for this rule is to make sure the conference proceedings can be finished on time.

2. Submit camera ready version paper to Easychair system

Please ALSO submit the camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to Easychair before September 20th, 2021 and make sure the authorship information is correct. You can use "update file" to update the PDF file as the camera ready version of your paper. The conference proceedings and program will use the information you provided on EasyChair system:

1. Please fill out the Registration Form via the conference Online Registration System.

2. Make the registration payment. Detailed information regarding the conference registration payment is given in the succeeding sections.

3. Wait to receive the confirm letter of your registration payment. Feel free to send an email to the Prof. Han QIU for inquiries.

The requirements for the length of papers are listed as follows:

For regular paper: 6 complimentary pages and up to 6 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. (Authors can have 6 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 12 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

For short paper: 3 complimentary pages and up to 2 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. (Authors can have 3 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 5 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

For poster: 1 complimentary pages and up to 2 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. (Authors can have 1 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 3 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

 

Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed on or before September 20th, 2021 to the registration chair. All the registrations for published papers in the Proceedings cannot be cancelled.

A 200 USD handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations before September 20th. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the deadline (September 20th, 2021). No-shows will be billed.
