It has been confirmed that distinguished papers published at SmartCom 2021 will have a priority for considerations in some high-quality special issues after published in SmartCom 2021. After revision (need new improvement) and signifcant extension (need add more than 60% new materials) and our recommendation, the journal version will go through peer-review process by the journal editors and they will make the final decision. However, the recommendation of SmartCom and the publish of conference version will add valuable credits for journal version acceptance.
