Please submit your camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to IEEE Author's Kit and Easychair respectively.

1. Submit camera ready version paper to IEEE Author's Kit

Please submit the camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to IEEE Author's Kit before April 15, 2025 and make sure the authorship information is correct. If you register before April 15, 2025 but cannot submit camera ready paper to IEEE Author's Kit before April 15, 2025, you still need to pay $200 late fee. The purpose for this rule is to make sure the conference proceedings can be finished on time.

If you have more than one accepted paper, you have to register for each one individually. There is no discount if you have two or more papers accepted. It is encouraged to have your co-authors to register and attend the conferences as attendees. However, one registration fee only covers one person. One registration can attend all co-located conferences and events.

2. Submit camera ready version paper to Easychair system

Please ALSO submit the camera ready version of your paper (PDF) to Easychair before April 15, 2025 and make sure the authorship information is correct. You can use "update file" to update the PDF file as the camera ready version of your paper. The conference proceedings and program will use the information you provided on EasyChair system:

1. Please fill out the Registration Form via the conference.

2. Make the registration payment. Detailed information regarding the conference registration payment is given in the succeeding sections.

3. Wait to receive the confirm letter of your registration payment. Feel free to send an email to the Local Chairfor inquiries.

The detail registration fees are in the Online Registration System .

The requirements for the length of papers are listed as follows:

For regular paper: 6 complimentary pages and up to 6 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. ( Authors can have 6 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 12 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

For short paper: 3 complimentary pages and up to 2 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. ( Authors can have 3 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 5 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

For poster: 1 complimentary pages and up to 2 extra pages, including all figures, tables, and references. ( Authors can have 1 complimentary pages. Manuscript can be up to 3 pages with over length charge 150 USD/page).

 

There is an early bird rate before 4/8/2025. Please try to use this benefit. After 4/8, the rate will be higher.

Cancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed on or before April 5, 2025 to the registration chair. All the registrations for published papers in the Proceedings cannot be refunded.

A 200 USD handling fee will be applied to all cancelled registrations (such as attendee registration) before April 15, 2025. Fees cannot be refunded for all registrations cancelled after the deadline (April 15, 2025). No-shows will be billed.
